THE RELEVANT ISSUES OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW SYSTEMATIZATION

Systematization of the Russian administrative legislation as a natural vector of its development is examined in the article. Considering the volume and variety of the public relations making a coverage of the administrative legislation, the attention to the systematization and codification problems because of difficulties in definition of a subject and system of modern administrative law is paid. The issues of creation of the administrative and procedural code are opened.
