Abstract
In this article the mechanism of international trade influence on national economy is considered, the factors of economic growth predetermining the external economic sector are described. The interrelation between the evolution of the external economic model type with new tendencies in international trade is traced. Also the concept “regulation"” and “governance” of international trade is specified. The emphasis is placed on the state role of management of international trade.
