In this article, the structure and practical implementation of education institution educational capacity in the context of the professional personality development are considered. The author suggests using the experimental methodical approach while determining educational capacity usage opportunities on the example of institutions of education. The complex usage of higher education institution educational capacity involving the educationalcognitive and sociocultural activities is suggested.
