Abstract
In this research work, the group approach problem with the several pursuers and one evader away is considered. The scheme of the Method of Resolving Functions in case of unfixed time is developed. It is shown that for this class conflict operated processes with delay the Resolving Functions do not depend on the moment of reduction of a trajectory on a terminal set. It allows to construct the control in such way that errors of the evader away lead to the reduction of prosecution time.
