Abstract

The investigating of the morphology of lymph nodes always attracts the attention of the researches who are engaged in studying of lymphatic system in general. In the literature there are the data of the development of the various diseases as of human, and of animals, later a long time after the impact of the various chemical on an organism. Formaldehyde (formalin), which is used in the modern industry by processing a number of materials, and for fixing of cadaveric materials, museum damp pieces, is toxic and causes the changes in an organism, a cytogenetic disorder in blood cells and in marrow. The purpose of this research work is the investigating of the tracheobronchial lymph nodes of laboratory mice by the influence of vapours of formalin. During this research work it was established that the considerable changes of cellular structure of structural components of lymph nodes occurs after long steam inhalation of formaldehyde during 2 weeks in maximum permissible norms. It was revealed that the activity of the lymphocytopoiesis proceeds considerably, the number of the small lymphocytes decreases, the process of proliferation of cages decreases.
