OZONETHERAPY BY THE TREATMENT OF THE CHRONIC PERIODONTITIS

The basis of therapy of a chronic generalized periodontal disease consist of the antibacterial broad-spectrum agents. The increase in number of the patients having a medicinal allergy, high cost of modern antibacterial medicines constantly set thinking the scientists about the introduction of new cheap therapy agents. One of such methods is the ozonetherapy. The high efficiency of the method, good acceptability, practical lack of side effects and profitability allow reducing the amount of medicines, and in a number of cases completely refusing their application. The purpose of our research was need to find out the efficiency of ozonetherapy application for patients with the chronic generalized periodontal disease associated with actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans and porphyromonas gingivalis.
