Abstract
We are presenting a case of Pleomorphic adenoma (arising from minor salivary gland of upper lip) - A rare site. A 35 year old male patient admitted in surgical ward with a huge swelling on upper lip with a pain and discomfort since 5 months. On examination a mass measured 15x18 cm2 in size, well circumscribed and soft to firm in consistency. Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology revealed Pleomorphic adenoma. The diagnosis was confirmed by histopathological examination after excisional biopsy of tumour.
