GENDER FEATURES SELF-INJURIOUS RANGE OF SUFFERING FROM ALCOHOL DEPENDENCE

Abstract

In the article distinctive features of autoaggressive spectrum in men and women suffering from alcohol addiction. Found that the classic indicators of suicidal auto-aggression statistically significant differences exist. However, in the studied group of women showed a significantly high scores in emotional predictors of self-destructive behavior (the tendency to prolonged depressive reactions were found ? of 66,67%, acute periods of loneliness ? 48,39%, obsessive shame ? 58,06%, the moments of hopelessness ? 64,52%). In turn, in the study group males showed a significantly high rates of behavioral predictors of selfdestructive behavior (the use of ?light? alcohol surrogates were found in 53 per cent, the presence of fractures in anamnesis ? 64,52%, the presence of cigarette burns ? 21%). The obtained results allow to assert that the two studied groups at high risk antivitamin activity. In addition, a significant prevalence of mental and emotional predictors in a female population. The study allows us an in-depth look at the mechanism of development and implementation antivitality trends, with the aim of developing preventive and therapeutic interventions in men and women suffering from alcohol addiction.
