EFFECTIVE MECHANISM OF DISTRIBUTION, CONSOLIDATION AND USE OF LAND RESOURCES IN RUSSIA

The article deals with the consideration of formation prospects of a new model of regional development ? “territories of priority socioeconomic development in Russia, as well as the basic issues that need to be addressed to by the Russian society. The author defines the main issues to be solved by the Russian society in search for a consolidated land use of all interested socially active groups, which are able to implement this project.
