The urgency of the issue of liver pathology is defined by the fact that, in spite of all increasing preventive actions conducted on different levels, hepatic injuries, and first of all injuries of toxic nature are widespread among medical diseases. The aim of this research is to study metabolic changes of hepatic tissues at toxic hepatitis and its treatment using Essentiale forte.
