Abstract
This article discusses the features of classicism in cult architecture of Southern Urals. The main spaceplanning solutions of Orthodox churches of this period are analyzed. The extensive material field survey of monuments was carried out. The interesting layer of heritage of the region was revealed. A large number of archival materials and historical sources was analyzed. The descriptions of preserved monuments were made.
