CIVIC EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN THE TOMORROW SOCIETY

The article deals with the attempt of presentation the technology of foresight project in terms of civic education development for the period till 2030, taking into account the current trends of formation Russian civic identity, changes in economy and political sphere, increase of communicative dialogues with migrants and representatives of other social mentality of society, humanity, the development of universal communicative space and transfer of different culture to the Russian mentality. The author draws attention to the necessity of formation the adequate balance between Russian and universal, traditional and innovative for the creation of profitable creative space to reveal civil qualities of the oncoming generation.
