ON THE QUALIFYING GRADING OF RESEARCH SCIENTISTS

This research article deals with the author’s suggestions on qualifying grading of research scientists’ works. Carrying out of such ranging will allow determining in a quantitative form the importance of the employee as scientist. Introduction of grading procedure will allow resolving objectively the issues of reform in science in Russia and will soften transition difficulties to new financing system.
