Abstract

In this article the state regulation process of investment activity of insurance companies is considered. The standard-legal base providing investment activity of insurance companies is given and the directions of the state control in this sphere are analyzed. Also in this article the issue concerning standard-legal base and limiting investment opportunities of insurers is designated. In this regard it is offered to coordinate the directions of investment policy of insurance companies, based on types of insurance, in which they are engaged
