Abstract
The paper substantiates methodological support rural development to ensure food safety in the segment of food production. Proposed to analyze agricultural market using information about harvests construction, consumption, based on the policy of state regulation of the market, social and psychological factors, indicators of capacity. It is proved that to determine long-term trends need fundamental analysis of the agricultural market.
