Abstract
The article defines the value of the enterprise management system, the basic elements, as well as the control mechanism. A dedicated set of principles, rules, procedures, powers, methods, standards management and implementation of management actions. In the graphical format the system of industrial enterprise management is shown, as well as the interaction between the managing and the managed subsystems of the control system is determined. The organizational structure of management of the enterprise are reviewed, the comparative characteristics of types of organizational structures are selected, and the need for restructuring is confirmed.
