Abstract
In the given article the students’ independent work is regarded as the language basis for learning process. Students’ Independent Work (SIW) is one of the type of lessons defining the teaching process. SIW promotes the formation of professional skills and habits through the student’s independent and group work. The appropriate organization of this type of work presupposes the cognitive and creative development of students.
