Abstract
Plates as the flat elements of constructions have a broad application in various areas of engineering and constructions. The creation of new construction technologies, use of qualitatively new materials makes increased requirements to researches of dynamic behavior of deformable environments taking into account the temperature and anisotropies. The dynamics of thermoviscoelastic environments were investigated in research works [1-6] taking into account the coherence of fields and a speed extremity of heat distribution. In this work the new questions about distribution of the cosine waves in the flat elements by the rolling oscillations are investigated.
