MODERNIZATION PROBLEMS OF THE TRADE UNION LEGISLATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

In this article the analysis of some regulations of the law of the RK “On labor unions” adopted on 27 June 2014 is carried out. Because neither in the Labour code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, nor in this law does not contain the concept “local normative actы”, accepted by the employer in coordination with labor unions, a number of the theoretical problems connected with such acts, and also the practical questions of their application are revealed in this research work.
