Abstract
In this article the processes of erosion and siltation downstream Syr-Darya river lower are analyzed. The Syr-Darya River in the downstream flows entirely within the Republic of Kazakhstan and is characterized by the complexity of the processes of natural and anthropogenic origin, water resources management in the winter. For an approximate estimate of silting of the river carried, we compare the water surface elevations in the river gauging stations at different flow rates of water and graphics bandwidth of the river during the period.
