Abstract
The soil salinities of the light sierozem in the south of Kazakhstan as a constraint of increase of cotton productivity are investigated. The effective norms of soil washing in improvement of the water-salt regime are revealed. The necessity in the elimination of possibility of ground waters raising by means of the device of a deep horizontal and vertical drainage is specified.
