Abstract
Infectious mononucleosis ? the viral disease caused Epstein?Barr virus in most cases proceeds as sharp respiratory viral infections. Mainly young persons are ill of this disease. Therefore, often the incorrect diagnosis is made to patients, and inadequate treatment is carried out, as a result, the illness can have a chronic recur current with various complications. Therefore, for statement of the correct diagnosis careful studying of complaints of patients, the anamnesis of disease and the correct interpretation of results of additional methods of research are the most important.
