Abstract

The article discusses the need for the formation of the individual in the future professional ability and willingness to analyze their activities and themselves in it. Suggested one of the ways of formation of readiness for self-development, self-realization, the use of creativity in the framework of discipline "Psychology of profes- sional activity" magistartury program, which is based was put reflective approach. The author points out a con- tradiction between the importance of reflection for the development of professionalism and the actual level of its development of the students of the university. The results of a diagnostic study of the level of reflexivity. It has been found that the use of a reflective approach to teaching seemed course enhances the overall level of reflexiv- ity and reflexive thinking undergraduates
