Abstract

The problem of professional competence is complex and multi-faceted. Its different aspects have been the subjects of philosophy, pedagogy, psychology, sociology, psychology and other humanities. A holistic approach to its study does not contradict the possibility of each science to have its object of study, which confirms the need to provide a holistic picture of the formation of pedagogic competence of teachers. In our opinion, in order to determine the nature and structure of the competence of future teachers, we must first investigate overall the fund of theoretical knowledge about the competence of the teacher. The research is devoted to the range of issues, which define the theoretical bases graduates’ competence at pedagogical universities. The model of formation of professional competence of teachers have been analyzed through the criteria of general social, motivational and valuable, meaningful, and the operational efficiency. This article touches upon competence-based approach in the educational process of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the classification of special competences of future teachers of FL. Formation of future teachers’ professional competences is based on the training of MA students at higher institution or during the definite training.
