Abstract
The major objective of this paper is to determine the load characteristics of electric system for distributing power on locality based criterion. In this paper, determined the way how the value of load transforms when there is an alteration in the value of power coefficients i.e. obtaining the variation of active power by changing the value of Kpv. The variation of Kpv is shown by the variation in proportional value, load profile and voltage profile. The intention of this paper is to show how a constant ZIP model shows variation when more than one such load is linked on a specific node. Owing to the transformation in the Kpv at a particular node there is a transformation in the load at that node. In this paper, it is also revealed how the value of the power coefficients varies by varying the load, voltage etc on that specific node. Since power systems are designed and functioned with less stability margin, the significance of good models and good data increases. Industry standard models assist the validation and certification of simulation software. In this paper, MATLAB software is employed
