Abstract
The author analyzes the new organizational form to solve the problems of the organization. As this form of competence centers are selected. The authors analyzed the definitions of "competence centers", defines the role of such centers in the enterprise. Special attention should be presented by the authors typology of com- petence centers. Necessity of creation of the enterprise internal centers of competence and procedure for the es- tablishment of such centers in the organization.
