Abstract
Kyuy ? one of the most significant instrumental genres of the musical culture of Kazakhstan, which absorbed the richness of folk instrumental art. Being short of sounding time, but very deep of the contents and perfected in a form, with a difficult rhythm and the developed melodic, kyuy reflects the genre lines, logic of musical thinking.
