Abstract
In this article results of experiments of heavy water investigating are considered. Experiments were made using nuclear magnetic resonance which is the most effective method of research of molecules today. The main action of an electromagnetic radiation was revealed. At the end of article the authors come to conclusion that water has difficult structure which can depend on different factors.
