Abstract
Nowadays the IT penetration in all human activity spheres is taking place. That requires high information awareness from every person. In this article, the basic issues of information and technical support for effective Computer Science teaching in higher educational institutions are considered. The basic tasks and factors for Computer Science learning efficiency maintenance in higher educational institution are noted.
