Abstract
The lands of agricultural designation are a key factor of food production, hence the issue of rational use and protection of land resources has taken a spotlight over the last decade. It seems appropriate to improve the legal framework pertaining to the stimulation of rational use of agricultural lands and to introduce them into market turnover for the purpose of their efficient use.
