Abstract
Energy resources consumption system is in constant search for the new process and technical solutions to identify the economy regime of these resources. The worldwide trend of energy consumption is characterized by the striving to use alternative low-cost primary energy forms that cause no damage to the environment and are available anywhere in geographical space. The issues of caring for the environment and ensuring universal access to energy resources urge the world community to phase out the use of energy-intensive mechanical appliances and seek ways of providing comfortable electric supply to new advanced kinds and types of electric engines and devices. This study concerns the issues related to discovering available electric energy which can be applied to charge electric car batteries without increasing productive capacity of the existing energy generating stations. Besides, the study provides suggestions to improve efficiency of electric energy use. Through the scientific investigation it has been found that depending on the time period electric energy consumption averages 70 % in winter season and 40 % in summer season. This allows for the assumption that even under current conditions without any additional expenses it is possible to procure free capacities and allocate them for solving long-term tasks pertaining to energy use
