STATE CONTROL OVER LAND LAW COMPLIANCE AND USE AND PROTECTION OF LAND IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

The state control over use and protection of land is carried out in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure the observance of the land law by state authorities, physical and legal entities and to reveal and repair the violations of law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Besides, the state control is intended to secure the execution of the land law by the bodies of state authority and citizens.
