STATE POLICY CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK IN THE FIELD OF CONDITIONS ARRANGEMENT FOR INTEGRATION OF THE DISABLED

In this article the conceptual approaches to definition of the concept “disability” are considered, the content of various aspects of social adaptation problem of disabled people are revealed. Need of revision of state policy principles concerning disabled people from performance of indicators of measures of social support on achievement of an inclusiveness of disabled people in social and economic life of society by means of education, employment, participation in activity of public and political associations locates.
