PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF STRIKE

The article considers the legal regulation of strikes, which is a last measure for settling labor conflicts. Due to the fact that in the legal literature, the right to strike was interpreted as freedom of strike, special attention is paid to the legal nature of this right with the justification the author's opinion that this right is a collective right of employees, which is strictly regulated by the labor laws and procedural rules, implemented under the certain conditions.
