STRATEGIC POTENTIAL OF THE UKRAINIAN REGIONS’ PRODUCTIVE FORCES: PROBLEMS OF FORMATION AND USE

The present article reviews the actual problems of forming and using the strategic potential of the productive forces in Ukrainian regions in the context of the Ukrainian society democratization, its modernization and the tragic events in Donbass. Significant changes have been studied and found in the affected areas’ settlement structures and their impact on the productive forces in other regions of the country has been determined; strategic priorities for strengthening the capacity of the productive forces are suggested.
