Abstract

The problems of conceptual principles of forming financial strategy of enterprises development are under consideration. The essence of the financial strategy, stages of development, the main tasks that it solves are considered. The process of its formation is substantiated, the factors effecting the financial strategy development are determined. The conceptual model of the sustainable enterprise development financial strategy is developed.
