Abstract
The current trend of using dance therapy is increasingly widespread in special education. Movements to the music, for different categories of preschoolers are forming the starting point for the development of Gen- eral musical culture and the culture of the body, which is essential to their harmonious development. This article discusses the importance of the use of dance therapy for children with disabilities. The article will be of interest to special educators and parents of children with disabilities. Here are generalized and systematized information, of various authors who have described the impact of dance therapy on motor development in children with vari- ous disorders.
