Abstract
The categories underlying the evidence of absolute and relative necessity of creating the Unified economic cadastral system based on “Land” AIS (automated information system) include rationality, effect and efficiency. Rationality is a universal social and economic category which is usable in any type of public activity for decision-making in the presence of a plurality of alternatives. In economics rationality is a fundamental category of management and logistics system.
