Abstract

The article deals with challenges arising in the sphere of criminal law, crime prevention and proving the violations of Articles 228, 228.1, 228.2, 228.3, 228.4, 229 of the Criminal Code of the RF. It also dis-cusses the knowledge of a principal about illegal nature of the actions they, the influence of a target of crime on one’s physical and psychical health, and its belonging to narcotic drugs, psychotropic sub-stances and their equivalents.
