PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION TEACHERS EXPERTISE FORMATION

The article deals with the issue of teacher expertise: some teachers have difficulties in organization of parents’ activity, involving them in the process of education, difficulties while using information technology (organizing skills) and some teachers have to develop their pedagogical techniques. A system of methodological work with teaching staff was formed for the development of teacher expertise. This system involves an active form of education and interaction of kindergarten teachers.
