Theoretical and conceptual foundations of organizational and economic mechanism of environmentally balanced resource-saving development of the region

The article substantiates the necessity of Ukrainian regions’ transition to the principles of ecologically balanced resource-saving development (EBRD). The study defines the conceptual basis of organizational and economic mechanism of EBRD for the region. In the article, the structural scheme of this mechanism is developed as a complex system which consists of providing subsystem, functional and target subsystems.
