Abstract
The article analyzes the state of the capital reproduction system at the present stage of transferring to a postindustrial stage of society development. The meaning of the institutional capital is emphasized and justified through the research of the variety of kinds and forms of capital, caused by socialization of its substance. The author also studies the problems and possibilities of using institutional capital as a tool capable to determine mutual directions and conditions of the development of all levels and systems of the global economy.
