RESEARCH OF LEVEL OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TERRITORIES OF THE RESIDENTIAL SUBURB OF THE KIEV REGION

Object of research is the level of organizational and economic development of rural territories of a residential suburb. Methods which were used in the course of research. A methodological basis of research is the integrated approach, the system and structural analysis and a dialectic method of scientific knowledge. The following methods were applied to implementation of the tasks: statistical, comparisons, generalizations, deductions and others. Results of work. Both city, and rural lines at the same time, in a certain combination therefore they are difficult objects for research are inherent in territories of a residential suburb. For carrying out the analysis of the reached level of organizational and economic development of these territories it is necessary to consider the following set of factors: division of these territories on the basis of location, the accounting of demographic characteristics of the population, branch advantage in production economic activity of the enterprises, land use type, development of social and production infrastructure. Thus, article is devoted to research of level of organizational and economic development of rural territories of a residential suburb, namely: ? level of organizational and economic development of rural territories of a residential suburb is investigated; ? zoning of rural settlements of a residential suburb is offered; ? the indicators characterizing remoteness of the territory from the city, nature of moving, demographic aspects are proved. Scope of results: Ministry of regional policy of Ukraine, Ministry of an agrarian policy and food of Ukraine, public authorities, local governments, territorial communities. Conclusions. Research of level of organizational and economic development of rural territories of a residential suburb allows to reveal the priority directions in improvement of factors of organizational and economic development of these territories and certain settlements, to develop and strengthen the resource, property capacity of municipalities.
