Abstract
In this article the analysis of labor rights, rights violation dynamic and activity results of human rights commissioner of labor rights protection in Russian Federation for the last 20 years are given. The obstructive factors for the restoration of citizen’s rights and achievement of welfare state international standards are analyzed.
