Abstract

This article deals with the relevant issue of Kazakh terminology. Technical terms of German origin discovered in the current Kazakh language are presented. Identical Kazakh and German terms are considered in the context of their attachment to certain industries or theme groups. Some distinctive features of German-rooted terms of the Kazakh language are named.
