CONCEPTUAL BASES EFFECTIVE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

The subject of the work ? the conceptual aspects of the effectiveness of financial support innovative development of Ukraine. Purpose ? The aim of the article is to review and study the conceptual foundations of the effectiveness of financial support innovative development of Ukraine. Method and methodology of work - used general scientific and special methods, such as comparison of scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis and the like. Results ? explore the concept of ?innovation and analyzed the level of funding of research and innovation activity in Ukraine with justification directions of innovation. Conclusions - improving the system of financial support of scientific activities on the basis of innovation is based on obtaining resources through various channels, in particular the provision of basic and program-oriented funding through direct financial support from the state in the volumes defined by law, the expansion of private financing through venture capital and other commercial sources ( grants, investments). The introduction of such methods by the state financial support as an indirect tax breaks, loans and subsidies.
