Abstract
Antagonistic activity of lactobacilli and bifidus bacteria in a human organism can be caused by many factors: competition for receptors, production of biologically active substances etc. The issue of these antagonism factors realizations in a human organism remains unresolved. The purpose of our research work is the study of several variations of deferred antagonism method and method of direct joint culture for an assessment of antagonistic activity of probiotics cultures. The researches were conducted based on the commercial lyophilized cultures of probiotics. Based on the obtained data the antagonistic activity of the biological products containing lactobacilli concerning opportunistic pathogens is insignificant.
