Abstract
The article describes the kinetics of cathode copper electrochemical deposition processes of dimethyl sulfoxide solution of copper nitrate. The study was conducted in potentiodynamic regime at a concentration of 0.004 M solution of Cu (NO3) 2? 3N2O in DMSO at a temperature range of 298-328 K. It has been found that the processes are controlled by the electrode kinetics of electron transfer and diffusion rate. According to polarization measurements coefficients it is calculated the transfer copper ions (α).Calculation of kinetic parameters (α, ks) are tested at temperatures of 298-308 K.
