Abstract
It is important to note that in the course of modal selection the structure of the species can be changed as desired. It is also reflected in changes of relations nature between characteristics. The selection is carried out on the "average" phenotype; the correlation increase in the corresponding group of plants clearly indicates the effectiveness of the modal selection that trains a plant with a new, more optimal phenotype.
