Abstract

The article presents a description of a theoretical model of the portfolio introducing process as an innovative means of assessment. The key elements of the process are declared and substantiated: the aim, principles, stages, expected results and criteria of them assessing. An integral strategy of introduction, which is reflected in functional duties of every part icipant, is also defined.
